Remember that keywords or phrases on each of your pages should total to around 3 to 5 percent of the total text of the pages. Your keywords should be spread out across multiple pages, not just focusing only on the homepage, as all of your pages carry an importance. Your page can have more entry points if it has more ranks. The algorithm responsible for taking the world’s information and organizing it into (usually) 10 entries is, as you likely know, complicated. Opening paragraphs shouldn’t be longer than one or two sentences. Make sure the thing you’re writing about is mentioned in the first sentence (i.e. your focus keyword or phrase). I like to bold the first paragraph to make it distinct. Google has placed an increased onus on trust in recent times. If Google trusts your site, it means your site is more resilient and also tends to ranks better.

Make Your Website More Friendly to Search Engines

Keyword mapping involves hierarchically classifying the keywords pertinent to your website by intent, relevance and significance, then segmenting them still further into groups and subgroups. The aim is to reach a point where each keyword you use can be closely associated with a single, specific page on your website, which should contain content that closely matches the keyword. SEO’s need to have the skill and experience to help the client develop a social media strategy, deliver training and support, create policies and processes and ensure their clients up-skill accordingly so that social media contributes to the wider commercial objectives of the client not just the SEO objectives of the agency. Your title tag needs to be written for humans – as in it needs to make logical sense, rather than a keyword stuffed mess. The title tag will appear in a variety of places, from SERPs, to a social share, to the browser tab, so make sure it’s relevant and readable. Links may very well become “democratized” as they become less representative of the overall sentiment of the online world. A very small percentage of internet users has ever published a link on a website or blog.

Go forth and broadcast your knowledge and reap the benefits of your labor

Google, now more than ever, don't just want more content, they want content that they feel is quality. Sometimes you might spot a particularly juicy keyword when conducting your research. But just because a keyword has high volume, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to be a good one to rank for. As SEOs we always want to understand the impact of site changes. Yet analyzing the data is challenging, especially in an enterprise environment with frequent site pushes and page updates. One of the biggest challenges is tracking when the change happened, what exactly was the change and what other changes might have occurred which would impact the analysis. With search engines becoming smarter and more sophisticated with each passing day, it has become crucial for businesses seeking the benefits of organic search engine optimization to comprehend the undertaking required to rank highly in competitive search verticals. Integrate your Most Popular Phrases into All Page Titles

Now, keyword stuffing or having specific phrases on the site is not enough to get your site ranked on the popular search engines. And, it’s also of no use to get links from irrelevant sites. Arguably, one of the most crucial aspects of on-page SEO is tags. Whether it’s title tags, header tags, meta tags or blog post tags, they have been demonstrated to increase traffic and boost engagement. Many people still think that having a high volume of crawlable and indexable pages is always better. When writing your content, be realistic about the chances of that content to rank. If you are in a highly competitive market, content works very well as a marketing tool and/or as input for social media. But it will probably not get you that number one spot in Google, and that’s fine. Manage your expectations.
